CAR CLUBS STATIC DISPLAY

Registrations are closed. On Friday 12 February, we were offered some more places by TGFS. The original firm allocation for 12 Porsche cars has been finalised. I have offered a few more places to people who have expressed interest and will need these finalised by Tuesday 18 February.

This year’s Festival will be a celebration of ‘the best of the best’ in live action, racing spectacle and motoring entertainment.

Featuring two action packed days with an international cast of Top Gear stars, racing legends, celebrity guests and the greatest supercars, F1, muscle, rally, and historic cars in the world!

The festival will be held on the 8^th and 9^th March at Sydney Motorsport Park and we are currently looking to source a number of car clubs to supply cars for static display for the two event days. No fees are charged for display with the condition participants accept all Top Gear Festival codes of conduct at all times whilst on site.

All participating clubs will be asked to sign an agreement to the event Code of Conduct.

All participating cars will be allocated x 2 General Entry tickets to the event per day

ALL VEHICLES TO BE FOR STATIC DISPLAY – NO DRIVING ON SITE ONCE PLACED. IT IS INTENDED THAT ALL CARS WILL BE ON DISPLAY FOR BOTH DAYS OF THE EVENT - THOUGH CAN BE REMOVED OVERNIGHT IF REQUIRED

By entering this event, entrants understand and accept that photographs and images of their vehicle, including it’s number plates, may be used for promotional purposes. In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate, by entering this event, entrants release and discharge the organisers and event sponsors against employee’s and anyone connected with the presentation of the event from any and all known damages, injuries, losses and /or claims suffered by an entrant and/or partner and/or property.
