PCV has invited PCNSW to a Sprint event at The Bend Motorsport Park, Tailem Bend South Australia.  The Bend is a unique blend of fast sweeping turns with a few tight turns, similar to Phillip Island without the ocean views!

The event is run jointly by MSCA and PCV, with MSCA leading in the arrangements with The Bend and Motorsports Australia. PCV entrants will be largely in dedicated run groups with other PCV entrants and entrants from other Porsche clubs.

This 2 day event will be run on Friday April 26 AND Saturday April 27 of the ANZAC Day weekend. Entry priority will be given to those committing to BOTH days, however entries MAY be taken for single days should numbers allow.

Timetable:  

Scrutineering - N/A Self Scrutiny (plus random spot checks).

Driver Briefing - will be scheduled via Zoom in the weeks leading up to the event. Attendance        is compulsory.

Competition Experience

Due to the high demand for places and additional requirements for this event, we prefer participants to have experience in competition class at Porsche Club Vic events. If not, you must contact PCV Competition Director (details below) to discuss your level of experience prior to entering.

Evidence of prior track experience or satisfactory completion of a high-performance driver training course is a Club requirement for the timed competition classes.

All Competitors will require a Dorian transponder to be fitted to their cars for times to be recorded. Please make sure they are properly fitted and charged.

Entree Class

There is no Entree Class at this event.

Noise Limit

The Maximum Noise must not exceed 95db(A) as measured by 30-metre drive by test on equipment provided by circuit. This is a requirement of the venue.

Car Numbers

Competition car numbers are allocated by the Event Secretary. Special event numbered stickers will be provided as part of the entry. The use of these is mandatory, on both sides of the vehicle.

Garages NO GARAGES AVAILABLE

Garage spaces can be booked at $160 (2 days) GST inclusive each on entry. This is for 1 car space. All garages will be shared amongst other members/entrants. Pit Lane Garages will generally be allocated with five car spaces per double garage. There are only 5 garage spaces left so be quick. First entries will receive the spaces.

The Entry Fee is $570 ($285 per day) if you enter both days. Single day is $320. Priority will be given to those who enter both days.

PCNSW entrants who do NOT own a Dorian will receive free Dorian Hire. Garages spaces are only available for entrants who enter both days. Only 5 spaces left. 

Event cancelations - No refund of entry fee if cancelled after entries close.
