What is a Motorfusion?
Motorfusion is a fun and challenging combination of Motorkhana, Autocross and some style Drifting.
The Competition
Motofusion brings together the best elements of Motorkhana with elements of autocross and drifting to test all aspects of driver skill. Each pattern is split into 2 parts:
- A timed section denoted by cones, including a choice of two equal length routes, and
- An untimed style section involving continuous radius curves that encourages an ‘expressive’ driving style, where agitation of the rear axle through a combination or aggressive steering and throttle inputs may produce an increased slip angle – sometimes known as a drift.
Both components of the pattern are scored independently to produce the final result. Like regular Motorkhana
A cone lined course will remove the need to memorise the course and the scoring will be best 2 of 3 runs in each direction.
This event will be held under the International Sporting Code of the FIA and the National Competition Rules of MA - MA Permit 223/1709/07. Entries will only be accepted with full payment and all details on this registration accurately completed, including a valid PCNSW or ARDC membership number. All fees include GST.
