Registration

  • For members of the 356 Register who want to join the festivities and be able to park their 356 Porsches in the grounds of Cathy Freeman Park
  • Category 5 open cars newer than thirty years to current day in immaculate factory condition. Originality is again key in this class. There were a number of vehicles in the wash and polish category last year that should have been entered into this class.
    There will only be one winner for each division in the open Concours category.

    Any of these cars are eligible for the Brian Reed Trophy and Platinum award- judged on excellence and not solely points. This category will also include a complimentary visitor parking ticket on the Boulevard and a unique memento number plate.

  • Category 3, daily driven vehicles that are meticulously maintained and cared for but may have a stone chip or two. Non-standard wheels or even after market modifications such as a modern day stereo or a later interior for the same model, for example a 928S4 interior in an early 928, is acceptable.

  • Category 4 cars 30 years plus in original non-molested condition. This is an opportunity for barn finds, feral's and cars only driven to Church every Sunday to find their place. The more crazed paint and bad colour matching of yester year the better.

    Cars are judged as one category, there will be a trophy for 1st, 2nd and 3rd.
  • For members who don't want their Porsches judged, just admired as part of the Concours.
  • Parking for members who can only stay for part of the day.

-NEW VENUE-
Cathy Freeman Park
 Sydney Olympic Park, Homebush Bay

This year the Club's premier event Concours d'Elegance has a new home, Cathy Freeman Park, opposite ANZ Stadium. 

The new venue allows the Club to build on the previous successful Concours's and provide a family focused event. Hourly metered parking is available for members and guests to have a quick look or short stay and an all day discounted parking rate for members will be available on line through the Club website (proceeds returning to the Club).

Catering will be available or you can pack a picnic, sit back and relax on the large grassed area taking in the view of the beautiful Porsches on display and watch the children play on the jumping castle or in the playground.

This year we have several raffles in the offering with some really nice prizes enabling the Club  to give a generous percentage to our favourite charities.

Come along and support the Club in making this years event another huge success.

Open Concours D’elegance 


Category 1. Restored Cars.


Category 2. Cars newer than 30 years to current day in                            immaculate factory condition.


Category 3. Daily driven cars that have been altered from factory e.g. non genuine wheels, sound system, tinted windows and non genuine accessories.


Category 4. Cars 30 years plus in original non-molested condition.


Category 5. Cars less than 5 years in immaculate factory condition.


Cost: $100 includes unique memento number plate number plate & 1 visitor parking spot per entry.


Outlaw Category


Definition of an Outlaw:


Any car being altered, upgraded or modified irrespective if it has been factory, professionally or privately done to enhance or increase the car's performance and/or drivability. This class will include Turbo, Supercharged, Sports, GT, CS, RS, RSR and GTS cars. This category is open to all vintages from 356 pre-A through to current day GT3, limited editions and concept cars.


Category 1. Race car (1st, 2nd & 3rd)

Category  2. Sports GT, CS, RSR, GTS (1st, 2nd & 3rd)

Category  3. Turbo (1st, 2nd & 3rd)

Category 4. 356 912/4 (1st only)

Category 5. 911 Air-cooled (1st only)

Category 6. 911 Water-cooled (1st only)

Category 7. Front-engined (1st only)

Category 8. Mid-engined (1st only)


Cost: $80 includes unique memento number plate & 1 visitor parking per entry.

This category is for well prepared cars. Cars will be judged on cleanliness of visible surfaces.  Judges look at interior, exterior including wheels and tyres and the boot. The engine bay is not inspected.

Show and Shine

Limited to 100 cars


All one category, there will be a trophy for 1st, 2nd and 3rd.


The judging will be limited and based on presentation, the Show and Shine category is for cars that have had a quick wash and vacuum the day before the event, nothing more.

This category is designed for members who would like to park their car as part of the Concours but don't won't it judged.

Important Information



1. Entry time and exit restrictions for the Event – SOPA   Vehicle entry is restricted to those vehicles only stated on the official entrants list and authorised trade vehicles.

2.  Vehicles must enter only between the hours:

8am and 9am. No late entries permitted. 

3. Registration closes 17th September 2015 for all categories except visitor parking on Olympic Boulevard.
