Saddles is inspired by its surrounding bush landscape. The 10-hectare property situated in Mount White with a name that takes inspiration from the craftsmanship of Heath Harris, an artisan saddler who has worked with John Singleton in crafting saddles for his nearby Strawberry Hills Stud, and who has designed unique saddle chairs for the dining room’s brass-scalloped Bar

Our early morning drive will take us via Wisemans Ferry Road (no ferry crossing), Old Northern Road, Galston Gorge and everyones favourite Old Pacific Highway.

Date: 23rd June 2019

Meeting Point: McGraths Hill McDonalds Cnr Windsor Rd & Groves Ave.

Meeting Time: 7.30am for 7.45am departure.

Cost: $40 pp includes choice of hot breakfast, tea/coffee and selection of mini desserts.
