At the July meeting we will focus on our newly reinvigorated Club Registers.
What are they, who runs them and how do I get invited to one of their fabulous Register Runs?
Tim Bickford, our Registrar Captain will talk all about the club activities that fall under the Registers umbrella – earlier this year he spoke about the Historic and Classic Vehicle Registration schemes.
This time he will explain what the registers are, how they work and what the Club’s plans are for Registers going forward.
Tim is well known in the Club and has presented many times on Club Motorsport as well as his own background - his bright upbeat approach to speaking makes these sessions something to look forward to.
As commenced last month, we are also bringing back the light refreshment service including tea, coffee, cold drinks and biscuits.
Parking (small amount) is available on Gardeners Road directly out the front of the dealership. The clearway on the opposite side if the road ceases at 7:00pm. There is additional parking on Ellis Avenue and Birmingham Road (behind the dealership).
Members looking for a quick meal beforehand head to the pub nearby on the corner of Gardeners and Botany Roads around 6:00. There is a good bistro out the back with large tables.
Enter the dealership via the driveway off Gardeners Road via the Service Reception entry. Please note entry via the back carpark is not accessible after hours.
